Clear Skies is led by a team with deep roots in manufacturing, finance, and construction. Unlike traditional incubators that focus on speculative concepts, our leadership is grounded in the physics of injection molding and the rigors of the North American supply chain. Founded Daniel McKenzie is a seasoned entrepreneur whose career in manufacturing and distribution spans nearly four decades. As the former owner and President of Ingersoll Products Inc., Dan led the company’s transformation into a highly regarded North American manufacturer. His leadership was defined by a unique ability to blend engineered performance with sustainable packaging solutions and high-value channel partnerships.

Founder Daniel McKenzie brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and more than 30 developed patents to the incubator, ensuring every product is built on a foundation of technical and commercial reality.

1. Non-Confidentiality of Initial Review: Clear Skies cannot accept "confidential" information in an initial submission. You agree that this submission does not create a fiduciary or confidential relationship between you and Clear Skies Inc.

2. Independent Development: You acknowledge that Clear Skies Inc. was founded by innovators with over 30 patents and is actively developing many products in-house. You agree that Clear Skies shall have no liability to you if it develops, or has already developed, a product or idea that is similar or identical to the one you are submitting.

3. Submission does not equal Partnership: This submission is an inquiry only. Clear Skies is under no obligation to move forward with, respond to, or compensate you for this submission unless a formal, written agreement is signed by both parties.
