Clear Skies focuses on a specific type of invention: simple, practical plastic products with a clear path to commercialization. We are not a general invention submission company, and we do not pursue speculative or purely conceptual ideas.

We look for ideas that: 

  • Solve a clear, real-world problem 
  • Deliver measurable value (time, cost, or material savings) 
  • Can be manufactured using plastic injection molding 
  • Fit into existing markets and distribution channels 
  • Have potential for strong utility patent protection 

We are not a fit for: 

  • App ideas or software 
  • Complex mechanical systems with high R&D requirements 
  • Concepts without a defined use case or customer 
  • Ideas that cannot be protected through utility patents
